It stated, basically, that notwithstanding the provisions of that Act pertaining to price pooling, the corporation was permitted to enter into contracts with producers for the purchase of wheat at a price other than the amounts per tonne set out in those provisions, and on any terms and conditions that the CWB considered appropriate.
