On the basis of that principle, the Commission has dealt differently with two categories of joint venture agreement between airlines: - it has granted individual six-year exemptions for three agreements concluded between a national carrier and a smaller airline1 in respect of the introduction of new services, while at the same time reserving the right to reassess the economic and legal situation in two years time; ./.
