Le 2 juillet 1998, elle a adopté une décision (17) dans laquelle elle constatait que le régime favorisait certaines entreprises par le biais du budget de l'État, ce qui ne pouvait se justifier ni par sa nature générale ni par son économie et faussait ou menaçait de fausser la concurrence au sein de l’Espace économique européen (18).
On 2 July 1998, the Authority adopted a decision (17) in which it found that the system provided, through the State budget, a benefit to certain undertakings, which could not be justified on the basis of the general nature and character of the system and which distorted or threatened to distort competition within the European Economic Area (18).
