4.1 (1) Pour l’application de l’article 4.2, la zone ci-après dans la région de l’Administration est établie comme zone de pilotage obligatoire de Saint John : la zone délimitée à l’article 3 de la partie I de l’annexe, en plus de la totalité des eaux navigables en deçà d’une ligne tirée à partir d’un point situé par 45°10,7′ de latitude N., 66°02,64′ de longitude O., de là, jusqu’à un point situé par 45°08,8′ de latitude N., 66°03,65′ de longitude O., de là, jusqu’à un point situé par 45°09,5′ de latitude N., 66°05,8′ de longitude O., de là, jusqu’à un point situé par 45°11,38′ de latitude N., 66°04,58′ de longitude O.
4.1 (1) For the purposes of section 4.2, the following area within the region of the Authority is established as the Saint John compulsory pilotage area: the area described in section 3 of Part I of the schedule plus all the navigable waters within a line drawn from a position at Latitude 45°10.7′ N, Longitude 66°02.64′ W, thence to a position at Latitude 45°08.8′ N, Longitude 66°03.65′ W, thence to a position at Latitude 45°09.5′ N, Longitude 66°05.8′ W, thence to a position at Latitude 45°11.38′ N, Longitude 66°04.58′ W.
