Avec le projet de loi et l'Accord de transfert d'attributions, tout ce qui changera par rapport à ce qui existe présentement, c'est qu'un différent organe du Parlement, le gouvernement du Yukon, sera maintenant chargée de la gestion de ces terres et de ces eaux, ce qui revient à donner au Yukon ce qui a été donné aux autres provinces.
Through this bill and the Devolution Transfer Agreement, the only thing that will change from what is the case now is that a different creature of Parliament, the Yukon government, will now be responsible for managing that land and those resources, thus giving to the Yukon what has been given to other provinces.
