Sur son site web, intitulé Non-Status Indians, Mm Palmater explique, dans sa biographie, qu'elle a travaillé pour des groupes autochtones dans les réserves et hors-réserve, qu'elle a participé aux réunions des premiers ministres qui ont mené à l'accord de Kelowna, qu'elle a travaillé comme représentante au niveau des Nations Unies et qu'elle a travaillé, à l'échelle nationale et provinciale, pour des organisations autochtones et des Premières nations.
On Dr. Palmater's website, which is entitled Non-Status Indians, she says in her biography that she previously worked for on- and off-reserve Aboriginal groups, that she participated at the First Ministers' meetings that led to the Kelowna accord exercise, that she worked as a representative at the United Nations level, and that she worked nationally and provincially for Aboriginal organizations and First Nations.
