Vu que, conformément à l’article 4.5 de la Loi sur l’aéronautique, le projet de Règlement de zonage concernant l’aéroport de Yorkton, conforme en substance à l’annexe ci-après, a été publié dans deux numéros successifs de la Gazette du Canada Partie I, les 16 et 23 mai 1987, ainsi que dans deux numéros successifs du Yorkton Enterprise les 29 juin et 6 juillet 1987, et que les intéressés ont ainsi eu la possibilité de présenter au ministre des Transports leurs observations à cet égard,
Whereas, pursuant to section 4.5 of the Aeronautics Act, a copy of the proposed Zoning Regulations respecting Yorkton Airport, substantially in the form set out in the schedule hereto, was published in two successive issues of the Canada Gazette Part I on May 16th and 23rd, 1987, and in two successive issues of the Yorkton Enterprise on June 29th and July 6th, 1987, and a reasonable opportunity was thereby afforded to interested persons to make representations to the Minister of Transport with respect thereto.
