Je tiens également à préciser au député que le docteur Diane Irving et le docteur Ronald Worton ont tous deux mentionné au Comité de la santé et aux parlementaires que le projet de loi, sous sa forme actuelle, n'interdit pas complètement le clonage, puisque certaines techniques ont échappé aux rédacteurs législatifs, ce qui est très grave, car il devrait avant tout interdire le clonage.
I also wanted to point out to the member that Dr. Dianne Irving and Dr. Ronald Worton have made representations to the health committee and to parliamentarians that this bill does not totally prohibit cloning and that a couple of techniques have slipped through the cracks, which is very serious because if the bill does anything, it should ban cloning.
