Werner Schmidt (Kelowna, PCC): Monsieur le Président, la députée s'est exprimée avec beaucoup d'éloquence et je sais qu'elle et moi défendons certaines des mêmes idées, mais comment explique-t-elle le fait que le discours du Trône n'aborde pas des questions comme la justice, l'amélioration de la sécurité dans les rues et l'établissement d'une stratégie nationale antidrogue pour assurer la protection de nos enfants?
Mr. Werner Schmidt (Kelowna, CPC): Mr. Speaker, the hon. member who just spoke is rather eloquent and I know some of the things she stands for are absolutely the same things that I stand for, but how does she explain the absence in the Speech from the Throne of dealing with justice, of bringing about safer streets and of developing a national drug strategy to ensure our children are protected?
