TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

1. Les États membres veillent à ce que l’organisateur ne puisse modifier les informations communiquées au voyageur conformément à l’article 4, points a), c), d), e) et g), sauf si l’organisateur se réserve le droit d’apporter des modifications à ces informations et communique tout changement éventuel au voyageur, de façon claire et apparente, avant la conclusion du contrat.
1. Member States shall ensure that the organiser may not change the information made known to the traveller pursuant to points (a), (c), (d), (e) and (g) of Article 4 , unless the organiser reserves the right to make changes to that information and communicates any changes to the traveller in a clear and prominent manner before the conclusion of the contract.
