If the manufacturer of that drug wanted to advertise that drug for that kind of use, they would have to come back to Health Canada with a submission to demonstrate that the new use has a positive therapeutic benefit and a reasonable risk-benefit profile in order to go out and publicly advertise that it has now been approved for this use, in addition to the original indication.
