Pour conclure, je voudrais citer Boutros Boutros-Ghali, l’ancien secrétaire général de l’ONU, qui a affirmé: «dans une perspective universelle, les droits de l’homme nous poussent à faire face à la dialectique la plus exigeante: la dialectique de l’identité et de l’autre ou du “soi” et de l’“autre”.
In conclusion I would like to cite Boutros Boutros-Ghali, the former UN Secretary-General, who said: ‘Human rights, when viewed from a universal perspective, force us to face the most demanding of all dialectics: the dialectics of identity and otherness, of “self” and “the other”.
