Je souligne avec satisfaction que, non seulement, le Parlement européen le prévoit et le permet, mais qu'il se fait également un honneur de permettre à ses propres députés de donner leurs explications de vote.
– (IT) Madam President, I also voted for Mrs Kaufmann’s report on European governance, which, on page 12, last line, item 21, calls for the explanations of vote of the members of the European Council, when they vote on their decisions, to be published, as these explanations of vote are currently not published.
