Il confirme sa volonté de trouver des solutions aux difficultés rencontrées , selon une approche qui peut être différenciée, tenant compte notamment de la capacité d'importer ou d'exporter et du niveau des contrôles administratifs des pays tiers concernés, sans toutefois remettre en cause les principes fondamentaux défendus par l'Union ni ceux qui fondent sa réglementation interne , sans non plus affaiblir nos revendications et nos acquis dans les instances internationales et multilatérales, ni enfin, perdre les résultats positifs déjà obtenus dans les négociations bilatérales.
It confirms its will to find solutions to the difficulties encountered, possibly using a variety of approaches, taking into account particularly the import or export capacity and the level of administrative controls of the third countries concerned, without however calling into question the basic principles defended by the Union, nor those which form the basis for its internal regulations, and also without further weakening our claims and our achievements in international and multilateral bodies, or, finally, losing the positive results already obtained in bilateral negotiations.
