IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

C. considérant que l'article 62 de la Constitution de la République de Lituanie et l'article 22, paragraphe 3, du Statut du Seimas prévoient que sans l'accord du Seimas, un député du Seimas ne peut faire l'objet de poursuites pénales, et qu'il ne peut être détenu ou faire l'objet d'aucune autre mesure restreignant ses libertés, sauf dans les cas où il est pris en flagrant délit;
C. whereas Article 62 of the Constitution of the Republic of Lithuania and Article 22(3) of the Statute of the Seimas state that criminal proceedings may not be instituted against a Member of the Seimas, and that she or he may not be arrested or subjected to any other restrictions of personal freedom without the consent of the Seimas, except in cases of flagrante delicto;

E. considérant que, aux termes de l'article 57, paragraphe 2, de la loi constitutionnelle fédérale autrichienne, les membres du Conseil national (Nationalrat ) ne peuvent être arrêtés pour une infraction pénale qu'avec l'autorisation du Conseil national – à moins qu'ils n'aient été pris en flagrant délit – et considérant que l'autorisation du Conseil national est également requise pour effectuer des visites domiciliaires chez des membres du Conseil national; considérant que, en vertu de l'article 57, paragraphe 3, de la loi constitutionnelle fédérale autrichienne, une action officielle, en raison d'une infraction punissable, ne peut être intentée à l'encontre d'un membre du Conseil national sans l'autorisation du Conseil national, à moins que ladite infraction ne soit manifestement pas liée à l'activité politique du membre concerné et considérant que, en vertu de cette disposition, l'autorité concernée doit obtenir une décision du Conseil national quant à l'existence, ou non, d'un tel lien, lorsque le membre concerné ou un tiers des membres de la commission permanente compétente en fait la demande;
E. whereas, under Article 57(2) of the Austrian Federal Constitutional Law, Members of the National Council (Nationalrat ) may only be arrested on the grounds of a criminal offence with the consent of the National Council – except where they are caught in the act of committing a crime – and whereas searches of the houses of members of the National Council likewise require the consent of the National Council; whereas, further to Article 57(3) of the Austrian Federal Constitutional Law, no official action on account of a punishable offence may be taken against members of the National Council without the National Council’s consent unless that offence is manifestly not connected with the political activity of the member in question and whereas, under that provision, the authority concerned must seek a decision from the National Council as to whether such a connection exists, where this is so requested by the member in question or one third of the members of the appropriate standing committee;

57. souligne que l'aide sectorielle de l'Union européenne au secteur de la pêche des pays tiers vise à équiper les ports de ces pays des infrastructures appropriées afin de faciliter le débarquement et la transformation locaux du poisson et de créer de nouveaux emplois; invite la Commission à contrôler et vérifier la réalisation de ces objectifs, et à apporter un soutien financier et technique visant à renforcer la capacité des pays tiers à contrôler les activités de pêche dans leurs eaux et à appréhender les navires pris en flagrant délit d'infraction;
57. Underlines that EU sector support to the fisheries industry in third countries is aimed at equipping harbours in these countries with the proper infrastructure to facilitate the local landing and processing of fish in order to create new jobs; calls on the Commission to monitor and verify that these goals are achieved, and to provide financial and technical support to improve the ability of the third country to monitor fishing activities in its waters and to apprehend vessels seen to be committing infractions;

2. When following up an infringement of rules of the common fisheries policy, a Member State may request other Member States to provide information contained in their national register on the fishing vessels and persons suspected of having committed the infringement in question or caught in the act of committing the infringement in question.

Les États membres prennent des mesures immédiates afin d’empêcher les capitaines de navires de pêche ou d’autres personnes physiques et des personnes morales pris en flagrant délit d’infraction grave au sens de l’article 42 du règlement (CE) no 1005/2008 de poursuivre leur activité illégale.
