Cependant, malgré les très importants problèmes auxquels la Communauté se voit confrontée lorsqu’elle négocie avec ses partenaires extérieurs, je tiens à souligner que ces négociations sont nécessaires de toute urgence, qu’elles revêtent une importance capitale et que le transport aérien ne peut poursuivre son développement sans elles.
Yet in spite of the major problems that the Community faces when negotiating with its external partners, I should like to stress that such negotiations are urgently needed and of key importance, and that air transport will not develop any further without them.
