2. 2. The duty extended by paragraph 1 of this Article shall be collected on imports consigned from Vietnam from 27 June 2012 until 13 December 2012, whether declared as originating in Vietnam or not, registered in accordance with Article 2 of Regulation (EU) No 548/2012 and Articles 13(3) and 14(5) of Regulation (EC) No 1225/2009.
