Les objectifs visés pouvant donc, en raison de l’ampleur de l’action, être mieux réalisés au niveau communautaire, la Communauté peut prendre des mesures conformément au principe de subsidiarité consacré à l’article 5 du traité.
As the objectives pursued, in view of the extent of the action, can be better achieved at the Community level, the Community can take measures in accordance with the subsidiarity principle as laid down in Article 5 of the Treaty.
