En ce qui concerne les ambitions de la Présidence tchèque et sa tendance à être plus ou moins technocratique, à témoigné de plus ou moins d’autorité, à être visionnaire ou dieu sait quoi – je suis convaincu qu’elle a démarré sur une vision de l’UE et sur un programme et qu’elle a également rempli son cahier de charges.
As far as the ambitions of the Czech Presidency are concerned and the extent to which the Presidency was technocratic, showed leadership, was visionary or whatever – I am sure it began with a vision for the EU and with a programme and also that it succeeded in fulfilling that programme.
