Dans l'éventualité où les législateurs parviendraient à un accord sur la présente proposition avant que ne se profile un accord imminent sur la proposition de règlement portant création d'un visa d’itinérance, les dispositions de la présente proposition relatives au visa d’itinérance envisagé (article 3, paragraphe 7; article 12, paragraphe 3; et article 18, paragraphe 6) ne devraient pas être maintenues pour adoption, mais elles devraient être insérées ultérieurement par modification du code des visas, une fois les législateurs parvenus à un accord sur la proposition de règlement portant création d'un visa d’itinérance
In case the legislators reach agreement on the present proposal before there is prospect of imminent agreement on the proposal for a Regulation establishing the touring visa, the provisions in this proposal relating to the envisaged touring visa (Articles 3(7), 12(3), 18(6)) should not be maintained for adoption but be inserted later by an amendment to the Visa Code when agreement on the touring visa proposal has eventually been reached.
