En attendant l'accomplissement du processus de nomination de juges aux deux postes restant à pourvoir, en conformité avec les dispositions du traité sur le fonctionnement de l'Union européenne, MM. Mihalis VILARAS et Valeriu CIUCĂ, nommés juges respectivement le 1er septembre 2004 et le 1er janvier 2007, sont restés en fonction après le 31 août 2010.
Pending completion of the process of appointment of Judges to the two posts remaining to be filled, in accordance with the provisions of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, Mr Mihalis VILARAS and Mr Valeriu CIUCĂ, appointed as Judges on 1 September 2004 and 1 January 2007 respectively, remained in office after 31 August 2010.
