Le 4 juin dernier, M. Gómez-Reino, avait déjà procédé à Lisbonne(Portugal) à la signature du Contrat-Cadre de Partenariat avec le Dr. Fernando de la Vieter Nobre, Président Fondateur de l'ONG portugaise AMI-Fundação Assistência Médica Internacional.
Mr Gómez-Reino had earlier signed a contract with Dr Fernando de La Vieter Nobre, founding head of the Portuguese NGO, AMI-Fundação Assistência Médica Internacional (Lisbon, 4 June).
