(5) a) Chaque Partie détermine, conformément aux dispositions du paragraphe précédent, le montant théorique de la prestation de vieillesse auquel aurait droit la personne concernée, si toutes les périodes créditées sous la législation de chacune des deux Parties, avaient été créditées sous sa seule législation.
(5) (a) Each Party shall determine, in accordance with the criteria set forth in the preceding paragraph, the theoretical amount of the old age benefit to which the person concerned would be entitled if all the periods credited on the basis of the legislation of both the Parties had been credited strictly in accordance with the legislation of the said Party.
