Grâce à l'initiative du Groupe de travail des églises sur les responsabilités des sociétés, l'ONAP a pu travailler de concert avec d'autres organisations qui connaissent bien les problèmes auxquels doivent faire face de nombreux Canadiens à faible revenu lorsqu'ils veulent soit encaisser un chèque soit ouvrir un compte en banque.
Thanks to the initiative undertaken by the Task Force on the Churches and Corporate Responsibility, NAPO was able to work collaboratively with other organizations which understand the problems that many-low income Canadians face when they want to cash a cheque or open an account.
