- (DE) Madame la Présidente, mon intervention concerne le procès-verbal, dans la mesure où la version allemande dudit procès-verbal précise effectivement que le secrétaire général a été chargé de rendre compte au Bureau. Je n’ai certes pas pu contrôler les onze langues mais la version espagnole du procès-verbal affirme que des postes seraient bloqués par la commission des budgets.
– (DE) Madam President, what I have to say concerns the Minutes to the extent that, although it states correctly in the German version of the Minutes that the Secretary-General has been asked to report to the Bureau on the matter, at least in the Spanish version of the Minutes – admittedly I have not been able to check all eleven language versions – it states that posts are being blocked by the Committee on Budgets.
