Les raisons de mon abstention ont été qu'il fallait prouver la pertinence de la nomination de la Commission "au-delà de doutes bien fondés". À mon avis, et de l'avis de mon collègue, M. Hudghton, le verdict correct aurait été "non lieu".
My reason for doing so was that the case for the appointment of this Commission needed to be proved “beyond reasonable doubt” and in my view, and that of my colleague Mr Hudghton, the correct verdict would have been “not proven”.
