L’UE dans son ensemble et les différents donateurs européens font donc face à une forte attente en ce qui concerne leur détermination à agir pou convertir ces engagements en pratiques homogènes venant soutenir l’intervention humanitaire sur le terrain, y compris en favorisant la cohérence avec les principes humanitaires dans tous les domaines de l’action extérieure de l’UE.
With those commitments comes a high-level of expectation that the EU as a whole, and the individual EU donors, will act with full engagement to translate them into consistent practice in support of the humanitarian response on the ground - including promoting coherence with the humanitarian principles in all areas of EU external action.
