La détermination de la valeur des achats est effectuée pour les quantités de produits entrant en stock, sur la base du prix d’intervention publique, en tenant compte des majorations, bonifications, réfactions, pourcentages et coefficients qui sont à appliquer au prix d’intervention publique lors de l’achat du produit, conformément aux critères définis par la législation agricole sectorielle.
2. The value of the quantities bought in shall be determined for the quantities of products entering storage, on the basis of the public intervention price, taking account of increases, premiums, reductions, percentages and coefficients applicable to the public intervention price at the time of purchase in accordance with the criteria laid down in the sectoral agricultural legislation.

2. rappelle que le règlement (CE) n° 1080/2006 relatif au Fonds européen de développement régional ajoutera parmi les interventions prioritaires, la protection et la mise en valeur du patrimoine naturel et culturel en tant que potentiel de développement d'un tourisme durable, de grande qualité, en vue d'une valeur ajoutée, en soulignant l'importance d'une approche intégrée et cohérente, promouvant ainsi la croissance économique et de nouveaux emplois et contribuant à faire de l'Europe la destination favorite des citoyens de l'Union et des pays tiers, mettant en valeur son extraordinaire richesse culturelle, comme en témoignent les sites inscrits au patrimoine mondial de l'Unesco et la richesse naturelle exubérante des sites classés Natura 2000 dans l'ensemble de l'Union; demande à cet égard, dans la prochaine période de programmation, un engagement plus fort et sans ambiguïté en faveur du tourisme par le biais de la politique de cohésion;

Points out that Regulation (EC) No 1080/2006 on the European Regional Development Fund numbers among its priorities the protection and enhancement of natural and cultural heritage as offering potential for the development of sustainable, high-quality tourism with a view to added value, stressing the importance of an integrated and coherent approach, thereby promoting economic growth and the creation of new jobs and helping to promote Europe as a favourite destination for visitors from both inside and outside the EU, highlighting its extraordinary cultural wealth, exemplified by UNESCO World Heritage Sites, and the exuberant natural beauty found in Natura 2000 sites across the EU; calls, in this context, for a clear commitment to increasing the promotion of tourism through the cohesion policy in the next programming period;
