Dans le cas des unités intervenant, pour leur propre compte ou pour le compte d'une tierce partie, dans la préparation de ces produits, y compris notamment les unités chargées de l'emballage et/ou du réemballage et les unités chargées de l'étiquetage et/ou du réétiquetage, la description complète de l'unité visée à l'article 63, paragraphe 1, point a), présentent les installations utilisées pour la réception, la transformation, l'emballage, l'étiquetage et le stockage des produits agricoles avant et après les opérations dont ils font l'objet, ainsi que les procédures applicables au transport des produits.
In the case of a unit involved in the preparation for its own account or for account of a third party, and including in particular units involved in packaging and/or re-packaging of such products or units involved in labelling and/or re-labelling of such products, the full description of the unit referred to in Article 63(1)(a) shall show the facilities used for the reception, the processing, packaging, labelling and storage of agricultural products before and after the operations concerning them, as well as the procedures for the transport of the products.

WHEREAS COUNCIL REGULATION N 129 ( 2 ) ON THE VALUE OF THE UNIT OF ACCOUNT AND THE EXCHANGE RATES TO BE APPLIED FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE COMMON AGRICULTURAL POLICY , AS AMENDED BY REGULATION ( EEC ) N 653/68 , DEFINED BY A WEIGHT IN FINE GOLD THE VALUE OF THE UNIT OF ACCOUNT TO BE USED FOR THE COMMON AGRICULTURAL POLICY AND THE SPECIAL TRADE SYSTEMS FOR CERTAIN GOODS PROCESSED FROM AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS ; WHEREAS , MOREOVER , THAT REGULATION ALSO PROVIDED THAT THE RATES OF EXCHANGE BETWEEN CURRENCIES TO BE APPLIED FOR THE SAME PURPOSES ARE THOSE CORRESPONDING TO THE PAR VALUE COMMUNICATED TO THE INTERNATIONAL MONETARY FUND , WHICH IS ALSO DEFINED BY A WEIGHT IN GOLD ; WHEREAS THAT REGULATION THUS FIXED THE RATIO BETWEEN THE UNIT OF ACCOUNT AND THE DIFFERENT CURRENCIES ; WHEREAS , IN ACCORDANCE WITH REGULATION ( EEC ) N 653/68 , RULES SHOULD BE ADOPTED TO BE APPLIED WHERE THERE IS AN ALTERATION IN THE VALUE OF THE UNIT OF ACCOUNT OR THE EXCHANGE RATES ;
