Le 1er juillet 2014, la Commission a reçu notification, conformément à l’article 4 du règlement (CE) no 139/2004 du Conseil (1), d’un projet de concentration par lequel l’entreprise UNIQA Previdenza S.p.A («UNIQA Previdenza», Italie) contrôlée par UNIQA Insurance Group AG («UNIQA», Autriche) acquiert, au sens de l’article 3, paragraphe 1, point b), du règlement sur les concentrations, le contrôle de l’ensemble de l’entreprise UNIQA Life S.p.A («UNIQA LIFE», IT), actuellement contrôlée en commun par UNIQA Previdenza et Veneto Banca Holding S.C.p.A., par la modification des règles relatives à la gouvernance d’UNIQA LIFE.
On 1 July 2014, the Commission received a notification of a proposed concentration pursuant to Article 4 of Council Regulation (EC) No 139/2004 (1) by which the undertaking UNIQA Previdenza S.p.A (‘UNIQA Previdenza’, IT) controlled by UNIQA Insurance Group AG (‘UNIQA’, AT) acquires within the meaning of Article 3(1)(b) of the Merger Regulation control of the whole of the undertaking UNIQA Life S.p.A (‘UNIQA LIFE’, IT), currently jointly controlled by UNIQA Previdenza and Veneto Banca Holding S.C.p.A., by means of amendment of the rules relating to the governance of UNIQA LIFE.
