Le présent règlement contribue à renforcer encore le partenariat stratégique entre l’Union européenne et la Fédération de Russie, conformément aux priorités fixées dans la feuille de route pour l’espace commun de liberté, de sécurité et de justice, et il tient compte des relations globales entre l’Union européenne et la Fédération de Russie.
This Regulation contributes to further promoting the strategic partnership between the European Union and the Russian Federation, in line with the priorities set out in the Roadmap of the Common Space on Freedom, Security and Justice, and takes into account the overall relationship between the European Union and the Russian Federation.
