16 (1) Toute personne qui réside dans les territoires où le présent règlement s’applique peut, chaque année, sans l’autorisation du Surintendant, couper sur les terres territoriales où elle habite une quantité de foin ne dépassant pas 5 tonnes par tête de bétail dont elle est propriétaire.
16 (1) Every person who is a resident in a Territory to which these Regulations apply may each year, without permission of the Superintendent, cut on territorial lands not more than five tons of hay for each head of livestock owned by him.
