On observe d’autre part que le capital propre de TV2 au 31 décembre 1994 (c’est-à-dire au début de la période couverte par la présente décision) était négatif (proche de -156 millions DKK), et qu’en 1995 et 1996, le taux de solvabilité et le capital propre de TV2 étaient négatifs, ce qui explique que le capital propre total fin 2002 était inférieur à la compensation reçue.
It should also be noted that at 31 December 1994 (at the start of the period covered by the present decision) TV2’s capital was negative (minus almost DKK 156 million) and that in 1995 and 1996, TV2 had a negative solvency ratio and negative capital, which explains why the total capital at the end of 2002 was lower than the compensation received.
