L’enquête a établi que les trois producteurs communautaires à l’origine de la demande ayant pleinement coopéré représentaient près de 50 % de la production communautaire d’accessoires de tuyauterie et constituaient donc l’industrie communautaire, au sens de l’article 4, paragraphe 1, et de l’article 5, paragraphe 4, du règlement de base.
The investigation established that the three applicant and fully cooperating Community producers represented more than 50 % of the Community production of TPFs and therefore constitute the Community industry within the meaning of Articles 4(1) and 5(4) of the basic Regulation.
