Sur la base de cette notification, les 27 chefs d'Etat et de gouvernement ainsi que les présidents Tusk et Juncker vont travailler pendant quelques semaines sur les orientations – des guidelines - dont j'aurai besoin pour conduire cette négociation et je la conduirai évidemment dans le respect du mandat du Conseil européen et du Conseil, et en confiance avec le Parlement européen qui vous accueille aujourd'hui.
On the basis of this notification, the 27 Heads of State or Government, as well as Presidents Tusk and Juncker, will begin work, over a period of a couple of weeks, on the guidelines which I will need to conduct the negotiations, while respecting the mandate of the European Council and Council, and the confidence of the European Parliament, who is hosting you today.
