La pilule est peut-être difficile à avaler pour les Turcs en ce moment, mais je pense qu'il est très important que la Turquie évolue elle aussi très clairement vers la constitution d'un État de droit démocratique et viable et que les Turcs sachent que leur participation au jeu européen en dépend.
