G. considérant qu'après sa disparition forcée, son épouse, Sheffra Dzamara, a adressé une requête à la Haute Cour d'Harare pour qu'elle force la police et les services de renseignement à rechercher son mari; considérant que pendant l'audience, la police et les services de renseignement ont affirmé ne pas savoir où se trouvait Itai Dzamara; considérant que Sheffra Dzamara a déclaré au début du mois d'avril qu'elle était surveillée constamment par des hommes non identifiés et qu'elle se sentait en danger;
G. whereas after the abduction his wife, Sheffra Dzamara, petitioned the High Court in Harare to force the police and the Central Intelligence Organisation (CIO) to search for her husband; whereas during the hearing the police and CIO denied any knowledge of Dzamara’s whereabouts; whereas Sheffra Dzamara reported in early April that unidentified men were keeping her under constant surveillance and that she feared for her life;
