Je vous demande donc, mes chers collègues, d'adopter l'amendement de compromis n° 11, résultat du trilogue auquel le commissaire Michel faisait allusion tout à l'heure, de l'adopter dans son ensemble, et de ne pas céder à la tentation qui verrait un amendement remettre en cause l'équilibre atteint.
I therefore ask Members to adopt Compromise Amendment No 11, which is the result of the trilogue Commissioner Michel mentioned a moment ago, to adopt it in its entirety and not give in to the temptation of an amendment that would upset the balance we have achieved.
