Trois grands points donc : l'élaboration d'une méthodologie sur laquelle je vais revenir ; la mise en place de moyens, de moyens propres à notre Parlement ou de moyens extérieurs qui pourraient nous aider, sans toutefois se substituer à nous, dont relèverait le réseau d'experts ; et l'appel à une démarche collective, c'est-à-dire, en fait, à un travail avec les trois rapporteurs, à savoir ceux de l'année, de l'année précédente et de l'année suivante, de telle façon qu'un consensus puisse s'établir, dès lors que ce travail porte sur des faits et donc n'est pas a priori éminemment conflictuel.
There are three points therefore: drawing up a procedure, which I shall come back to; establishing resources, either parliamentary resources or external resources which could help us, without replacing us, however, which would be available to the network of experts; and the call for joint action, in other words, in fact, to work with the three rapporteurs, namely those from the year underway, the previous year and the following year, so that a consensus might be established, provided that this work concerns facts and is therefore not, a priori, too controversial.
