The eCall service has been designed to follow the recommendations made by the Article 29 Data Protection Working Party and contained in the working document on data protection and privacy implications of the eCall initiative, adopted on 26 September 2006, namely that vehicles equipped with eCall devices should not be traceable in their normal operational status and that the minimum set of data sent by the eCall device should include the minimum information required for the appropriate handling of emergency calls.

Le Conseil a adopté la résolution reprise ci-après concernant une nouvelle stratégie communautaire de santé et sécurité au travail 2002 - 2006, et a décidé de sa publication au Journal Officiel.
The Council adopted the following Resolution on a new Community strategy on health and safety at work (2002-2006), and ordered its publication in the Official Journal.

La Commission est consciente du problème très peu abordé de la discrimination multiple et a lancé une étude sur ce thème dans le cadre de son programme de travail pour 2006. Elle examinera les actions entreprises par les États membres dans ce domaine et des recommandations seront formulées.
The Commission is aware of the largely untackled problem of multiple discrimination and has launched a study on the subject as part of its work programme for 2006, which will look at what is being done in the Member States in this area and make recommendations.
