La Commission continuera d'examiner et de suivre de près tous les cas dans lesquels des difficultés de transposition et/ou de mise en œuvre ont été relevées, afin de favoriser l'application correcte et cohérente de la directive et d'assurer le plein respect du principe de non-refoulement et d'autres droits consacrés dans la charte de l'Union européenne.
