Je pense que nous avons consenti beaucoup d’efforts dans ce sens et je ne voudrais pas terminer, Monsieur le Président, sans souligner - puisque nous avons appris son départ hier soir -, que Julian Priestley, notre Secrétaire général, a, pendant les dix années où il a été à la tête de l’administration, beaucoup œuvré pour la modernisation, la rigueur et la transparence de notre procédure budgétaire.
