9. est préoccupé par les modifications apportées par le Conseil au texte concernant la décision du Conseil relative à la conclusion du traité instituant la Communauté de l'énergie, qui transforment la consultation obligatoire du Parlement européen – telle qu'elle figure dans la proposition de la Commission – en un "exercice d'information" – comme le stipule l'article 5 de la décision du Conseil;

Is concerned about changes made by the Council in the text relating to the Council Decision on the conclusion of the Energy Community Treaty, which transform the obligatory consultation with the European Parliament - as proposed in the Commission proposal - into an 'information exercise', as stipulated in Article 5 of the Council Decision;
