Néanmoins, je dois dire que nous, Européens, sommes naturellement peu satisfaits au sujet de nombreux domaines de l’interaction entre les institutions de l’Union européenne et c’est pourquoi nous négocions ce traité réformateur depuis huit mois.
Nonetheless, I have to say that we in Europe are naturally dissatisfied with many areas of the interplay between the institutions of the European Union and that is why we have negotiated this reform treaty over the last eight months.
