Si je m'oppose au projet de loi, c'est parce que je crois que la TPS frappera la région de l'Atlantique injustement et démesurément et parce qu'elle frappera certaines régions plus durement que d'autres, même avec les avantages qu'elle peut leur apporter.
It is because I believe that the GST hits the Atlantic region unfairly and disproportionately; because it imposes more burdens on the region than on other regions, relative to the benefits which will accrue from the GST, that I am opposed to this bill.
