6. Member States shall take the necessary measures to ensure that reasons are given for any confiscation order and that the order is communicated to the person affected.

«mesure de protection», toute décision, quelle que soit sa dénomination, ordonnée par l’autorité d’émission de l’État membre d’origine conformément à son droit national et imposant à la personne à l’origine du risque encouru une ou plusieurs des obligations figurant ci-après afin de protéger une autre personne, lorsque l’intégrité physique ou psychologique de cette dernière est susceptible d’être menacée:
‘protection measure’ means any decision, whatever it may be called, ordered by the issuing authority of the Member State of origin in accordance with its national law and imposing one or more of the following obligations on the person causing the risk with a view to protecting another person, when the latter person’s physical or psychological integrity may be at risk:
