...[+++]ne; 9bis suivre régulièrement la mise en oeuvre des actions visées aux points 8 et 9 ci-dessus, en veillant notamment à l'estimation, au contrôle et à l'évaluation de la rentabilité des ressources engagées; 10. proposer des dispositions visant la protection des personnes physiques à l'égard du traitement des données à caractère personnel de manière à garantir la confiance des citoyens ; INVITE LES AUTRES INSTITUTIONS, ORGANES ET AGENCES DE LA COMMUNAUTE A: 11. participer et contribuer, le cas échéant, aux actions entreprises dans le contexte de la mise en oeuvre coordonnée des systèmes de communication et d'échange d'informations entre administrations ; INVITE LA COMMISSION A : 11bis présenter au Conseil, tous les deux ans et pour la première fois au cours de l'année 1996, un rapport accompagné, le cas échéant, de propositions appropriées sur les suites données à la présente résolution ; CONVIENT : 12. d'examiner, à titre prioritaire, les initiatives que la Commission pourrait proposer dans les domaines qui relèvent de sa compétence.That co-ordination must cover all stages of development, from the feasibility study to the operational stage of communication and information exchange systems between administrations; 9. encourage and facilitate communication and good co-operation between all parties involved in setting up and operating communication and information exchange systems used to assist in pursuing the objectives and implementing the policies of the European Community: 9a.regularly monitor the implementation of the act
ions referred to in points 8 and 9 above, payi ...[+++]ng particular attention to the assessment, verification and evaluation of the return on the resources committed; 10. propose provisions for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data so as to maintain public confidence; CALLS ON THE OTHER INSTITUTIONS, BODIES AND AGENCIES OF THE COMMUNITY TO: 11. where appropriate, participate in and contribute to measures undertaken in the context of the co-ordinated introduction of communication and information exchange systems between administrations; CALLS ON THE COMMISSION TO: 11a. submit to the Council, every two years and for the first time in 1996, a report accompanied, if need be, by appropriate proposals on follow-up to this Resolution; AGREES TO: 12. examine, as a matter of priority, any initiatives that the Commission proposes in the areas within its competence.
