There has recently been a national task force on the licensing of international medical graduates, which I had the honour of co-chairing with a colleague from Calgary, Dr. Rodney Crutcher.After a meeting we had in Calgary in 2002, almost every body or organization involved in the recognition of foreign credentials for physicians felt that things weren't working as well as they should.
