Par le biais de ce programme thématique, la Commission soutient le droit d'initiative des acteurs non étatiques et des autorités locales en finançant leurs propres initiatives lorsque les programmes géographiques ne constituent pas l'instrument approprié et en complétant le soutien que d'autres programmes thématiques sectoriels peuvent leur apporter.
Under this thematic programme, the Commission is supporting the right of initiative of non-state actors and local authorities by funding their initiatives when geographical programmes are not the appropriate instrument and by supplementing the support that other sectoral thematic programmes can provide.
