Créé en 2004[13], le programme thématique AENEAS s’inscrit en complément des programmes géographiques: il procure une aide financière et technique à des pays tiers, à l’appui de leurs efforts pour parvenir à une gestion plus efficace de tous les aspects des flux migratoires.
Established in 2004[13], the AENEAS thematic programme is complementary to the geographic programmes: it provides financial and technical assistance to third countries in support of their efforts to ensure more effective management of all aspects of migration flows.
